Home Watch Verrado is a team of local people who check on empty houses. We go through them during the months owners spend elsewhere, and we tell those owners exactly what we found.
DMB Associates planned Verrado as a walkable town at the foot of the White Tank Mountains, with a Main Street, parks, trails and two golf courses at Verrado Golf Club. It is part of the City of Buckeye, and it is still growing toward more than 14,000 homes.
A house in the Main Street District, in the 55+ Victory District or near the golf club can sit quiet for months when its owner travels. During those months the house still faces one hundred degrees, monsoon storms and scorpions, and the Verrado Community Association still expects the yard and the bins to look right. We are the ones who notice when something changes.
Our first meeting takes place at your house before you travel. We take your keys and access codes and record how each room looks. Then the visits begin at the pace you picked, and every visit follows a written routine that covers the outside, the A/C, the plumbing, the rooms, the garage, the pool and the landscaping.
